You will have had the direct responsibility for budget, resources, and delivery of the solutions. Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with the cultural, technical and business challenges with implementing such solutions and can guide the client, the project and the team to the right solution. You will show keen insight, high initiative, and exhibit high integrity. Your peers will enjoy working with you and respect your contributions and opinions and seek you as the PM on their projects.
Some of the Project Manager's challenges will be:

•Consistently deliver complex IT projects in the area of Enterprise Content Management for clients nationwide on time, and on budget

Maintain High Client Satisfaction scores of at least 5.2 out of 6

Help Account Reps close large ECM opportunities with compelling consultative sales skills and proposal writing assistance

Consult with major corporations regarding email management and records management policies and procedures.

Write consulting and project documentation that is clear, insightful, and professional

Support multiple clients with unique challenges

Travel 25% to 75%, sometimes more

Preferably help clients and team-mates based upon your personal experiences with successfully implementing Email, Document or Records Management solutions
