The award recognizes a solution that assists in the discovery and application of knowledge to drive business value by applying capabilities that capture, organize, locate, and disseminate knowledge.

The eCopy Connector for Domino.Doc enables IBM Lotus Domino.Doc users to access, index, OCR and store scanned paper documents directly or indirectly into Domino.Doc using digital copiers or scanners. Carefree Technologies assists organizations in architecting their Domino.Doc infrastructures to maximize the productivity and usability of their scanning requirements and other document and records management needs.

eCopy offers a series of “Connectors” enabling paper documents to be scanned and distributed into selected document management, accounting, and other enterprise applications, directly from their scanner or digital copier.
