About the Program
We have all heard the stories and know it is an important issue. But to what extent could your company be at risk if you are ill prepared? What are the legal and financial risks you could be taking? What should your company fo proactively?

In today’s ever-changing world of technology, eDiscovery is on the top of the list when talking to CIOs about what is on their mind. As the speed at which technology evolution is increasing, so does the evolving world of eDiscovery. It can involve "multiple legal, constitutional, political, security, and personal privacy issues, many of which have yet to be resolved.

Join us as we hear from three of Colorado’s experts on what your legal obligations are, practical litigation practices, and best practices and procedures in eDiscovery. This program is set up to allow attendees to join one, two or all three sessions focusing on three unique areas.
