Denver to Remain Headquarters for Expanding Technology Consulting Firm
Denver, Colorado - September 6, 2005 -Integro, Inc. (Integro), a Denver-based technology consultancy, today announced the acquisition of Carefree Technologies, Inc. (Carefree) of Phoenix, Arizona. Both companies are IBM Business Partners and leaders in deploying IBM's Content Management solutions. The team's combined services now allow customers to work with a single vendor for complete Enterprise Content Management needs.
Carefree's offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Ottawa, Ontario will become branch offices of Integro, and Integro's Denver, Colorado office will remain headquarters for the company.
This acquisition, along with strategic partnerships with Microsoft, IBM, Kofax, Viawest and Captaris, enables Integro to become an end-to-end provider of Enterprise Content Management solutions in both J2EE and Microsoft .NET centric environments. Scott Burt, President of Integro, emphasizes that "these solutions help companies capture, deliver, manage, store, and preserve critical corporate information and are designed to comply with mandated standards and reduce legal risk." Carefree's President, Doug Magnuson, will lead Integro's Enterprise Content Management consulting practice. The practice's services will help companies manage the full lifecycle of content, including capture, document and email management, workflow or business process management, presentation, and records management.
