Several IBM software versions are approaching their “end of life” and will no longer be supported by IBM:

What are your options?
You can choose to continue to run your existing versions; however, in order to receive continued support from IBM on these products, it is recommended that you upgrade to a current IBM-supported version.
For CommonStore customers, you have the option of upgrading to IBM Content Collector (ICC), the newest product in the CommonStore family. ICC replaces CommonStore and provides additional benefits and new features. ICC also has an optional module for the management and archival of file-server content to clean up, de-dupe, and regain control of file-servers.
For customers with IBM Email Search, you may also upgrade to the new and improved eDiscovery Manager which has a greatly improved user interface. It can also perform discovery against the file-server content.
