- Integro Email Manager (IEM) support – support for Integro’s proprietary email management product. Support ranges from rollout coordination and training services, to technical support and maintenance. Learn more about Integro Email Manager.
- IBM product support – installation and support of IBM’s Enterprise Content Management and Information Lifecycle Governance products. Support ranges from maintenance of software to on-call system support.
- Managed Services – Integro can provide full outsourcing of your ECM solution through our dedicated Operations Center.
- Domino support
Support is typically purchased in prepaid blocks of hours.
Standard hours of support are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
