New Role Will Expand Product Support and Create a Managed Services Offering

April 27, 2011, Denver, CO: Integro’s senior consultant and information technology director for ten years, Jeff Dunning, was recently promoted to vice president of support and strategic initiatives for Integro.

“Jeff is an insightful and results-driven IT professional who has repeatedly demonstrated great success directing an extensive range of IT initiatives,” says Integro President Scott Burt. “He is an outstanding project and program leader who will expertly coordinate and direct our new and ongoing initiatives.”

With more than twenty years in the IT industry, Jeff has obtained notable success directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives while participating in planning, analysis and implementation of solutions in support of business objectives. As Integro’s IT director and senior consultant, he provided technical and solution architecture consulting for mid and large size firms for Enterprise solutions, including but not limited to content management, compliance and messaging.

In his new role, Jeff fills a key function for Integro by providing technical leadership on significant strategic initiatives. Jeff will plan, develop and implement a support organization offering managed services and Integro product software support. He will also hire and train more Integro consultants. Additionally, he will establish consulting and delivery methodologies, best practices and enable our delivery team for consistent and successful implementations of Integro Email Manager with SmartAssist.

Prior to joining Integro, Jeff was either IT director or manager for several communications companies, including Mobex and Nextel. He is a graduate of William Patterson College and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He also holds multiple professional technical certifications.

In his spare time, Jeff is involved in youth sports, most notably girls’ softball. He is president of the Jefferson County, Colorado girl’s softball league and coaches a 14-and-under travel team.
