Seeking: 

A team player who strives to support and help drive success within an organization. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager as well as working closely with sales to drive process improvement so they can sell faster and smarter. 
The ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following:
  • Working with sales teams 
  • Customer service 
  • Executive assistance
Additionally, excellent verbal communication and a passion or interest in sales operations, technology, and process development/support are required to perform the role.

The individual we are looking for has the complete package – always striving to serve, self-starter that loves to run projects, results oriented, full of integrity and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Support sales through sales shadowing, arranging meetings, 
  • Build and maintain sales enablement tools and resources, including documentation
  • Make process improvement recommendations and partnering with other departments to effect change
  • Maintain and optimize alignment between Sales & Marketing Departments
  • Support sales staff to increase scale and efficiency
  • Support sales reps with calls, and scheduling with accounts and prospects
  • Support sales with data entry into Salesforce system
  • Support the sales proposal and statement of work process
  • Coordinate customer welcome letters
  • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
  • Conduct inside sales
  • Executive support for sales manager
  • Build and monitor data within Salesforce.com to ensure compliance and adoption on sales processes
  • Proactively identify areas of processes improvement up/down the sales process
  • Provide continued training/learning opportunities for sales team

A strong candidate will be:

  • Smart, organized, proactive, and positive
  • Capable and proven with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced with Salesforce.com (or other CRM)
  • Able to build trusted relationships with coworkers
  • Strong communicator with very solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and comfortable with advanced features of at least two of these products
  • Be a problem solver and a team player
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Proud of their values, work ethic and ability to follow through and complete tasks on time
  • Happy in a fast paced work environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” 

It’d be a big bonus to already have experience with Salesforce.com Administration.

Additional Expectations / Things you should know:

  • Reports directly to CEO
  • Integro is headquartered in Englewood, CO 
  • Flexible work environment but predominantly at the Integro office during business hours
